Return/Exchange policy

We want you to love your Loremikor glasses! If you are not satisfied with your purchase here is what you need to know:

  • Loremikor offers FREE returns and exchanges on all U.S. orders (no minimum) made within 14 days of delivery from
  • Order must be returned or exchanged with the complementary accessories, all packaging, and any FREE promotional items shipped to you. Items must be unworn (a quick try-on is fine of course), in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Items purchased on our clearance sale page are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable.
  • To return or exchange, please contact us in time. Once approved, an RMA Number and further instructions will be emailed to you directly. Return items must be sent back within 10 days of initiating your return with the label provided.
  • International returns: Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and are responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the order. International orders are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges of equal or lesser value are free and are shipped with Priority Mail. We offer up to 2 exchanges. If unhappy with 2nd exchange we will offer a refund which will be subject to a $9 restocking fee.
  • International exchanges are not offered.

Refund Information

A refund will be issued to you following their receipt at that address within 14 days of that date. If goods are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for confirmation of the delivery address. If no reply is received within a reasonable period and in any event within 14 days of the return of the goods, then a refund will be made within 14 days of that date. We may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods. Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order and will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods. We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original quantity of eyeglasses or related products is returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used. All items must be returned undamaged and unused to qualify for a full refund.
